- Internal control & inspection to ensure the food quality standard are applied in appropriately at sites.
- Ensure all the procedures & safety document are updated & reported on time.
- Calculation food menu nutrition as client requirements.
- Ensure all documents at site meet the requirements of food safety & hygiene.
- Implement & operate quality system and other systems of sites.
- Work with clients to manage all issues about the food safety quality.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Food technical or quality management Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent,
- Experiences in working at food company, building & maintaining ISO system/ food safety, internal & external audit
- Knowledge and understanding of quality systems (HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and GMPs.
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Sanitation manuals
- English is a plus.
