1. Monitor the CIP/COP schedule for production equipment to ensure that all equipment must be cleaned before using.
2. Use ATP and Allergen test kit to test the sanitation of equipment, to clean before production start-up.
3. Observe the quality of raw materials used in production day at batching area.
4. Monitor and ensure batching associates using raw materials are right, in shelf-life and enough weight.
5. Monitor mixing operations to ensure they operators use and mix ingredients following product formula and process.
6. Follow the valid procedure to monitor filling and palletizing operations.
7. Ensure that the working environment is sanitary, safe and orderly.
8. Support QA team in investigate and find out the rout reason for product quality issues.
9. Take samples to analysis Solid & Fat and update to system adequately and exactly.
10. Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
11. Report to Management when production meets any problem.
12. Calibrate measure equipment and keep records.
13. Follow-up and double-check offline activities of production and warehouse, make sure that all non-conformances are closed/handled before releasing to Customer

• 4 year degree in biology or food science/ technology.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food-processing manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standard.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Team-focused mentality.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Written and Oral communication skills
• Prefer Male
