Mô tả công việc
• Daily control the quality of materials (sand, stone, cement, PC Bar, steel flange, concrete, etc.)
• Daily control the quality of finished products; investigate causes of quality nonconformity; propose preventive and corrective action.
• Calculate Mixing Proportion (Mix Design)
• Monitor the calibration status of devices and test equipment; monitor the precision of test and test report
• Research to improve quality and reduce production cost
• Monitor the production procedures, report found problems, propose enhancement solutions
• List up the risks of quality nonconformity for Quality Control System
• Cooperate with sales department, provide technical support when necessary
• Go to site to check in-situ quality whenever required
• Report to QHSE Manager

Education and Specialization:
• Qualification:
- About 5 years of working experience including at least 1-3 years working in a PHC Pile factory.
- Graduated from university, majoring in Construction Material or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge:
- Practical knowledge of PHC Pile
- Practical knowledge of concrete and steel
- ISO9OO1-2015
• Skill:
- Team working
- Time management
• Qualification:
- About 5 years of working experience including at least 1-3 years working in a PHC Pile factory.
