QC Manager/trưởng Bộ Phận QC Tại Hải Phòng (Male Only)

- Supervise/control/oversee QC part’s processes, staff and performance.
- Make sure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Control the implementation and the efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Set up quality system and ensure this performance.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing products, quality system and customer audits, investigating customer complaints…
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Analyse data to identify areas for improving in the quality system
- Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Responsible for document management systems.
- Other jobs as assigned

- Male only, from 30 to 36 years old
- University degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering,....
- Good at English skills and Ms.Office/technical software skill
- Good knowledge of QC management tools such as: 5S, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 6 sigma certificate
- At least 5 year experience in QA/QC management in foreign manufacturing company and 2 years in similar position
- Management experience, good leadership is compulsory. Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skill.
- The ability to work well under pressure, independent and team work
