QC Manager (Required Japanese N2)_Up to $3200

As a QC Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software & web products and performing the testing tasks as following:
- Management software quality team
- Implement standardized quality management process software, coaching, training QC members and motivate them
- Good understanding of Japanese Quality and Test methodology
- Reading product requirements and documentation.
- Designing and write a test plan, test cases, test procedure to ensure stability, good security software.
- Performing functional test at the level of all new features of the website is based on the test case designed
- Analyzing test results and posting bugs.
- Developing the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the project
assisting in the development of software development life cycle and standards best practices, methodologies, techniques and tools
- Holding regular status meetings with project team
- At least 3 years web application development experience (Front end, Back End)
- At least 3 years team management experience as a Leader/Manager
- Strong written and verbal communication Japanese (N1/N2) and English skills

Nice to have
- Have test automation experience(Selenium/Appium)
- Have None-functional test Knowledge(Security/Duration/Performance)
- Have experience to make a test plan.
- Soft skills to influence team and customer
- Experience in Agile development and coaching, management a plus
