• You will work with international colleagues to ensure the high quality level of the features delivered to our 150+ customers/partners and millions of users worldwide. This position reports to the head of quality in Switzerland
• With a future-focused mindset, provide technical leadership and strategic direction to evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
• Lead, develop, inspire, mentor, and evaluate Quality team (manual and automation test engineers) with the company’s vision
• Create positive team culture (e.g. curious, mutually challenging, collaborative), promote autonomy, purpose and initiative, while driving teams to get works done
• Responsible for people development, tools/processes improvement, risks management
• Resolve escalated issues, collaborate with cross-functional peers and leaders to deliver values for customers
• Define and own test strategy for all products in SecuTix: web, mobile, blockchain, devices… applying the appropriate approach, method, tools and techniques
• Deploying and managing resources for testing activities in 5 different agile teams and any given engagement.
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product, report to Management
• Ensure a proper functional testing coverage, manage non-functional tests
• Mentor and coach QC engineers in VN and Spain to implement AgileQA best practices
• Oversee post-incident review with development teams to find the root cause of the incidents
• Perform regular reviews of active, historical incidents and root cause analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvements across the IT functions

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 10 years of overall experience in software development
• At least 4 years of experience as a QC Manager
• Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles Strong orientation and techniques in people coaching and development
• Thorough understanding of products/projects management techniques and methods
• Spirit of leading by example, positive thinking and energy
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, risks management and time management skills
• Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Open minded and work in a cross-functional team environment. Strong motivation in process improvement
• Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills
• Fluency in English communication (oral and written)
• Experience in delivering software products using an Agile Scrum methodology
• Experience in CICD system and production delivery, test automations of web and mobile applications.
