QC Leader

In order to fulfil the above-mentioned responsibilities, the QC staff is requested to perform the following tasks:
• To implement testing according to ISO 9000 and HACCP standards as instruction from QC manager.
• To ensure the quality control of raw materials are properly conducted the right as the work instruction from QC department.
• To arrange the lab room in good order and up to hygienic standard.
• To check the quality of raw materials that are delivered to the factory.
• To check the quality of the new samples of raw materials (Spec. & Ref. samples as QA-PR-008) that are supplied from Purchasing department and report the results to QC manager.
• To analyze all raw materials according to specifications
• To check blocked raw materials before production process them.
• To check hygiene of productive environment and productive staffs.
• To report the testing results to QC Manager and fill record as request.
• To keep, store and destroy the samples as request.
• To implement Work Instructions of QC department according to ISO 9000.
• To keep confidential all quality-related information and documents against outsiders.
• To perform other tasks as assigned.

- University graduate in Food, Microbiology or Chemistry, Computer literacy, Intermediate English Level.
- Experience 3 years in supervisor position of international company, food industrial.
- Knowledge in HACCP, ISO system

- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law
- Working time: Mon to Fri from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Shuttle Bus in Ho Chi Minh
