QC Inspector (Qty: 15)

Employee will be incharged one of the task as follows:

***LAB ANALYST
1. Carry out the analysis of the relevant of incoming Raw Material and Pack Materials
2. Carry out the analysis of the sample from the process, re-process, semi-product, Finished product
3. Perform analysis including Chemical Lab, Allergen and Micro Lab test follow monitoring program
4. Operate and keep the Lab instruments in sound and perfect conditions
5. Calibrate and Maintain the instruments follow the procedure
6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

*** INCOMING MATERIAL
1. Carry out inspection supplier delivery shipment condition
2. Perform routine checks, tests and inspects all incoming materials follow procedure to ensure that their characteristic meet specifications and comply with VNT requirements
3. Record inspection results, report any deviations or non-conforming immediately to QC Supervisor for proper action taken.
4. Solving problem & trouble shooting which relate to materials quality or non-conforming follow guideline and inform to relative department as soon as possible
5. Support production, warehouse and purchasing activities
6. Assist monitor materials quality in processing plant and making the required adjustments in case needed
7. Maintain and support documentation and records of material.
8. Perform other job-related duties as assigned

*** ON LINE
1. Perform routine checks, tests and inspects materials and goods in process, finished products to ensure that product comply with requirements
2. Find out non-conformities by using QCP & CCP charts; collect, check and file QCPs and CCPs
3. Maintain documentation and records relative to quality of product
4. Assist QC Supervisor in carrying out production-related and inspection jobs
5. Support production activities.
6. Support solving problems relating to quality of products.
7. Support on job training and coaching for production operators relating to quality control system, process control and quality standard
8. Perform others job-related as assigned
*** SYSTEM
1. Perform routine check and implementing pest control program
2. Collect data and report frequently follow procedure
3. Maintain documentation and records system
4. Responsible for checking and report sanitation program in the factory
5. Monitoring record system and prepare for Internal and External audit
6. Support production activities and solving problems relating to quality of products
7. Perform others job-related as assigned

1. Competency requirements: Basic communication in English.
2. Knowledge requirements:
- Basic in food industry
- Management system knowledge about HACCP / ISO/ Halal
3. Education Background: College or University graduate – Food Technology major.
4. Experience:
- Possible experience in similar role in Food Manufacturing Company
- One year working in one company is preferred
5. Living area: Bien Hoa, or nearby Amata Industrial Park
6. Computer skill: Microsoft Office tools
