Mô tả công việc
1. Daily reporting to QC Supervisor on all inspection activities.
2. Visual inspection for surface preparation and ensure the surface must be clean before painting and use the correct equipment to verify the surface preparation.
3. Review the drawing to ascertain that these areas are not coated. These could include such areas as flaying surfaces of field bolted connections, areas to be field weld.
4. Checking the materials free from any deformations due to welding.
5. Verifying painted members are free from all painting defects and are painted according to requirement of job.
6. Checking of painted materials to make sure that they are properly stored above ground with adequate dunned.
7. Ensure that Dry Paint Thickness suitable for customer request performs the Adhesion test for each coat and affixes the test tape to his inspection report.
8. Ensure that, the part mark in all members is corrected.
9. Record all the observations on the respective inspection forms.
10. Ensure completion of touch -up of handing scratches before shipping of the materials.
11. During loading of the materials, the inspector shall observe if stacking and fixing of the material is in accordance with the standard shipping practice.
12. Liaise with the shop Foreman and/or workers of the respective production areas for all quality matters.
13. Records the non-conforming on the prescribed Non-compliance report form and inform concerned Operations staff through the standard procedure.
14. Submission of Non-compliance report form to QC Supervisor for his review and further distribution.
15. Closing of Non-compliance report after proper rectification and verification.
16. Guidance to Operation staff for proper rectification of rejected material.
17. Preparation of inspection documents on special jobs as required.

- Male, aged from 24 to 28 years old
- University graduation in the field of Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred Certificates on UT, MT, RT....
- Good computer skills: MS Office, Auto Cad...
- Good communication in English
- 2 years experience in QC inspection in Mechanical industry
- Willingness to work in shift
- Active, team player attitude, well-organized, systematic, thorough in performing own duties.
- University graduation in the field of Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred Certificates on UT, MT, RT....

- Good communication in English
