QC Field

*Your main duties and responsibilities are:
1. Support the implementation and control of agricultural standards like, but not limited to, VIETGAP, GLOBALGAP and private GAPs
2. Training of farmers and suppliers in the agriculture standards that are required by the company.
3. Identify and record any produce and process problems and discuss and advice solutions to solve these issues.
4. Assists the QA Manager in preparation of reports, meetings and presentations.
5. Assists the QA Manager in preparation of training manuals and quality guidelines.
6. Collect and processes samples for laboratory analyses and communicates with external laboratories with regard to testing and test results.
7. Proactively develops own knowledge and understanding of QA developments, trends and legislation.
8. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with farmers, agronomists and external service providers.

*Minimum Educational Requirement:
- A BSc. in Agronomy, Food Technology or Plant Science with knowledge of post-harvest handling, supply chain management and quality assurance of agriculture products.

*Minimum Experience Required:
- Must have at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, and operational post-harvest handling of agriculture products.

*Skills Required:
• Knowledge of horticulture production & post-harvest handling of agriculture products
• Passionate about quality and result-driven
• High sense of integrity
• Give attention to details
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese oral and written communication
• Computer literate: MS Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Preference for outdoor work above office work
