Mô tả công việc

- Create SOPs to be implemented in food safety system operation.
- Plan and conduct internal Audits for AIB audit and FSSC 22K
- Analyze the risks and do CAPA for all NCs and food safety issues.
- Provide trainings for all SPVB employees and 3rd employees to improve mindset and awareness of food safety.
- Monitor food safety KPI and provide supports to improve the food safety performance.
- Manage food safety risks and prepare summary reports for management review.
- Prepare summary reports, findings, solutions, for food safety incidents, recalls.
- Validate and verify HACCP plan periodically.
- Lead food safety to implement operation in plant to get food safety targets
- Support quality systems to get KPI target by training quality SOPs, sharing experiences, creating documents, attending to solve quality issues, …,

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Graduated from University, majoring in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at the same position in FMCG
- Knowledge and ability to apply GMP / HACCP in working.
- Good communication skill.
- Good team management skill.
- English equivalent to TOEIC 500
- Working in shifts
