Reporting: QA Manager
Purpose: Quality control work on site for package CP07
Key Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to the following:
• Control of quality work on site during installation
• Do internal inspection for site materials before take in installation works
• Do internal inspection for installation works before inspection by all parties
• Complete the inspection checklist
• Supervise & control non-conforming materials & records
• Supervise & control non-conforming installation works on site & records
• Supervise & control field changes on site & records
• Support to take sample for testing
• Monitoring for testing of materials on-site & records
• Monitoring test equipment calibration and/or certification
• Quality assurance records & control punch list items
• Monitor quality documents work – Inspections / Tests / Records
• Join and control quality of materials deliver to warehouse & do internal inspection
• Supervise & monitor quality for workshop machining activities and records
• Ensure quality issues for loading up materials at warehouse & delivery to site.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
• Qualified as Technical engineer from Technical University
• Strong understanding of quality for E&M system
• Have experiences with quality control work in installation as:
- Environmental Control System (Ducts, VRV, Splits, PAC, AHU, FCU, Chiller, Cooling Tower)
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System (Pumps, Pipes, FM200 system, MCC, Fire alarm system etc.)
- Dewatering system (Pumps, Pipes, MCC)
- Escalators & Elevators equipment
• Knowledge for safety regulations and advanced skills in ensuring compliance.
• At least 5 years worked as site quality supervisor and worked in the similar position minimum 3 years
• Good in written & verbal communication skills.
• Good in written & spoken English
