Summary of Position
● Title: QC Engineer
● Position: Full-time
● Length: Long-term
● Working place: Floor 8, 150 bis Le Thi Hong Gam St., Cau Ong Lanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Description of Job
● Organize and manage required QC support, to deliver on time according to Scrum sprints.
● Allocation/Triage of all the bugs to the proper parties (dev, localization, QC, product teams).
● Determine task priority, schedules, and deadlines for assigned areas/systems.
● Assist in day to day monitoring of bugs. Finds and reports common issues/inconsistencies among bugs.
● Design and execute test cases the mobile app according to the specifications.
● Collaborate with dev and product team to provide feedback and guidance to setting the test strategies.
● Set standards and define best practices for coding and design.
● Collaborate with dev team to release on time and do UAT.
● Management of overall UAT process over business teams (Product Team, CS Team) to improve overall quality in local markets.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
● 2+ year of software testing.
● Experienced in mobile and web apps testing and troubleshoot.
● Knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
● Familiarization with defect tracking and test management tools.
● Highly motivated and can work independently without constant supervision.
● Basic of experience in automation testing is a plus.
● Automation test is a plus: Jmeter, Selenium, SoapUI,...
● Fluency in verbal and written English with strong communication skills.
● Comfortable in a small, intense and high-growth startup environment.
● Experienced in mobile and web apps testing and troubleshoot.
● Knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
● Familiarization with defect tracking and test management tools.
● Highly motivated and can work independently without constant supervision.
