QC Clerk

Position Summary:
Quality Control Clerks work under the supervision of quality control managers and have the following responsibilities: ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, compiling data from various samples, preparing reports, and performing duties for quality control staff.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Enter data to update fabric complete day on Amber Road System (ARS).
• Checking all QC daily report on one drive (Pre-Production Meeting, Inline Inspection, and Final Inspection report and make daily list for easy review and checking.
• Maintain files at the location, answer internal and external calls, use electronic equipment such as scanners, iPad, computers, printers, copiers, etc.
• Consolidate and checking all QC claim report from Russia as required.
• Check fabric dyelot from china & dispatch to QC.
• Update report of Russia for rejected styles (quality issues).
• Comparison QC final inspection results vs Russia rejected results.
• Maintain a professional image, when reporting to work and performing job duties.
• Perform duties as a member of a team where duties and responsibilities will be shared.
• Comply with all Gloria Jeans Standards, and all Company work rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, management, client employees and visitors to the office.
• Set high personal standards of performance and accept responsibility and accountability for all actions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Reported to QC Manager: Mr. Jack Khoo Huat

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone and through email and fluently can communicate and speak English.
• Must be able to work under pressure while interacting with staff at all levels, and remaining positive, proactive and resourceful.
• Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Basic computer skills required, including use (scanners, iPad, printers, copiers, Microsoft Word, Excell, Power point Office programs), as well as Amber Road systems.
• Able to read and understand various reports and take appropriate action.
• Must possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and is well organized.
• Work well and collaboratively as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Hard-working, willing to adopt and learn for daily task.
