QAQC Superintendent

* QAQC planning and implementation:

1. Implements & Maintains the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Certifications and other Accreditations.
2. Conducts 1 or 2 Internal Audits yearly together with the Surveillance Audit by 3rd Party.
3. Setup plans, target and performance standards for the work procedure of the Department.
4. Reviews the Audit results and take necessary steps to comply with the Standard requirements.

* Organizing:
1. Organize effective communication inside the Department and expect people to do their own jobs effectively.
2. Organize Quality meeting with Operations, Engineering & other Departments regarding products and claim problems.

* Controlling:
1. Reviews & Approves the Quality Plan/Inspection & Test Program.
2. Effectively control documents’ overall efficiency.
3. Ensuring that all Departments are familiar with the company Quality, Health & Safety Policy.
4. Maintains healthy working relationship with 3rd Party Inspectors or Customer Representatives.

* Communication:
1. Prepare monthly statistical analysis of Non-conformity reports, process errors and customer claims.
2. Follows up on customer satisfaction analysis and communicate with the top management.
3. Responds promptly to all queries from other departments and sales offices
4. Conducts regular meetings with quality staff to review important issues and concerns.

* Administration:
1. Recommends hiring and termination of staff.
2. Approve salary increase and normal promotion within guidelines of company policy.
3. Prepares annual capital and operation budget for quality department and following approvals try to work within approved budgets.
4. Complies, maintains and reviews department policy and procedure for efficient working of QC department.
5. Reviews and evaluates QC staff performance and their efficiency.

- Local Vietnamese, aged from 35 to 45 years old
- University graduation in the field of Mechanical/Civil Engineering/QAQC
- Knowledge about steel fabrication, welding, painting, shipping, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
- AWS (CWI) or ASNT level II, NACE CIP II Certificate, Lead Auditor/Auditor’s course for ISO/OHSAS Certificate.
- More than 10 year experience in QAQC in FDI manufacturing company of which 3 year experience in the position of QC Head
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and computer skills
- Excellent in English communication skills
- Team work, leadership, staff management and development, organized, systematic
