• Proposing and giving product development process in accordance with particular project requirements. • Determining test strategy and test plan for projects / products. • Performing estimation, distribute work and create test schedules for test activities for projects / products. • Analyzing Requirements , design Test Case • Setingt up the environment, execute the Test Case, • Reviewing outputs: test checklist, test cases, test data, bug, .. • Monitoring and managing defects arise in projects / products • Monitoring, summaraizing, estimating, reporting Test results to related parties • Participating in building software development process, control software to ensure process. • Coordinating with developers and designers in release plans. • Other tasks as assigned by manager.

• At least 01 year of hand-on experience with participating in software project testing
• Being able to lead QA team, solo a project and train new testers
• Knowledge and understanding of software development process, testing process, techniques, and testing tools.
• Experience with setting up test plans, test cases, creating data tests, and knowledge with databases. Writing unit tests for SQL queries.
• Experience in using error management software: Redmine, Jira ...
• Priority know how to use the Test Tool to perform autOTest scenarios, Test Performance, Load Test, automation test ...
