Mô tả công việc
***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows approved laboratory procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analysis, result reporting, and maintaining patient test result records.
- Adheres to the laboratory's quality control policies. Perform quality control activities, instrument, and procedural calibrations as well as maintenance tasks.
- Identifies and analyzes problems that may adversely affect test performance or reporting of test results, corrects the problem(s) encountered and immediately notifies the management.
- Follows accreditation and safety guidelines as described in the Safety Manual and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintains records that demonstrate that proficiency testing samples are tested in the same manner as patient specimens.
- Prepares reagent/test kits as required. Ensures that all reagents/test kits are properly labeled with expiration dates and if applicable, received and opened dates.
- Learns all assigned new procedures and completes assignment task.

- Graduated from College and above (major in Chemistry)
- Experience: No requirement
- English skill: Reading and writing
- Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power point
- Honesty, careful
- Dedication, readiness & responsibility for duties
- Ability for teamwork & independent work and Willing to work in shift.
***COMPANY BENEFITS
• Salary is reviewed & adjusted annually plus 13th month salary and bonus (approx. 2- 3 months of your salary) depends on the business result of company & your performance appraisal;
• 24/24 Accident Insurance for staff and dependents (spouse/ children);
• Commuting bus (Ho Chi Minh City ⇔ Plant, Vung Tau City ⇔ Plant);
• In addition to public holidays in accordance with the Law, staff will provide 5 days company holidays.
