QA System Supervisor

This position is need strong person to be able to follow up the set up, opening and production control. He / She will mange 04 members and report to QA Manager.

System Management (ISO9001, HACCP)
- Maintain and support the good implementation of ISO 9001 system
- Maintain and support the good implementation of HACCP program
- Plan and organize internal audit and follow up auditing NCs
- Work with Certification body to conduct third party audit and follow up of NCs until they are closed.
- Work with Supplier or Customer during their audits and follow up of NCs until they are closed.
- Work with departments, Third party, Customers, Community, in term of all Quality systems, Food safety (HACCP), GMP and others need.
- Organize training course related to ISO 9001 & HACCP system to deploy procedures smoothly.

Document Management (ISO, HACCP):
- Supervise document control system of Company.

Warehouse and C&W Inspection:
- Manage QA system team to set up WH standards for new warehouse or rented WH (if any)
- Conduct Warehouse and C&W inspection as plan or when necessary.

Non-conforming products and Customer complaints handling:
- Manager QA system team to check non-conformity products or complained products from Customer returned to warehouse.
- Review and approve for correction proposal by QA team.
- Support QA system to handle customer complaints related to product quality.
- Customer complaint report monthly on tracking and statistic (for all kind of complaints)
- Conduct complaint report quaterly (all issues) for BOD and HOD

Supplier Complaint:
- Manage QA team to investigate the problem and cause of non-conformity products to complain supplier if needed.
- Support QA system team to work with supplier and/or Customers and/or our Warehouse to solve the non-conformity product problems.

Other tasks
- Prepare monthly QA report.
- Support for Company Branch in term of QA functions.
- Back up tasks for QA system team in case of absences.
- Take part in company projects relating to quality
- Implement other tasks as requested.

• Education & Qualification in University Food technology or equivalent
• Knowledge on ISO 9001 and HACCP
• Good use of Office especially excel for statistic report and database management
• Good English: reading, writing, speaking
• At least 2 year working experience on ISO and HACCP
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Competent on writing skills
• Have a skill to analysis root causes and problem solving
