QA Supervisor

• Maintain and improve production and inspection process quality system.
• Coordinate and support the solution of customer complaints.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit from customer or third party house.
• Arrange quality and technical training to QA inspectors.
• Manage 3 QA shifts to finish daily quality control in production process.
• Monthly review quality issues, analyze root causes and have preventative/corrective actions taken.
• Work with the whole quality team to fulfill yearly quality target.
• Testing equipments calibration and daily maintenance.
• Other jobs assigned by QA manager.

• Male
• University graduate ( Technical majored: mechanical, electrical or engineering)
• Priority to candidates have experience in plastic bag factory
• At least 5 years experience at the same jobs in manufacturing company
• Get knowledge and experience of Quality management tools: 7 tools QC, ISO 9001 (2008)
• Get knowledge and experience of Quality improvement: 5S; Analysis error reporting, improved error reporting on processes and customers complain,
• Good at English
