Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for maintaining and further developing the Quality system at Binh Duong site acc. to Bayer Compliance Management System, general GMP guidelines (ASEAN, WHO) and requirements of local authorities including
+ Timely implementation of global regulations by transformation into local SOPs
+ deviation & CAPA management,
+ change management,
+ complaint handling, data and
+ document management
+ supplier qualification
+ site training system
- Be responsible for Site Quality Management Review (compiling the data, organizing the meeting, monitoring the KPIs & mitigations measures)
- Develop strategy and processes for all qualification and validation activities (process and cleaning validation activities), monitor & support execution with relevant departments
- Organise and conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits and inspections,
- Be responsible for product release process.
- Instruction, training and development of Quality Officers /QA staff
- Provide adequate support for carve out process (implementation of new electronic systems) and new site investment project
- Act as external GMP auditor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in the Chemistry or related subjects, at least 5 years working experience in the same or related positions.
- Deep knowledge and experience in GMP regulations (ASEAN, WHO, PIC/S mandatory – EU / US-FDA appreciated)
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Competencies required:
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Strong collaboration and problem solving skills.
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- Deep knowledge and experience in GMP regulations (ASEAN, WHO, PIC/S mandatory – EU / US-FDA appreciated)
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Competencies required:
