The objective of Quality Assurance (QA) planned activities bring company’s towards ISO 9001 QMS compliance.
Overview
Process Control Management is the important position to be responsible for final inspection of products. Passed products will be delivered to customers, thus the final quality inspection must be done strictly and carefully
Reporting to: Quality Manager & Board of Director (BOD)
Job missions:
• Manage quality management activities.
• Set up quality standards, specifications, appropriate quality control policies, procedures, instructions and methods to apply in the company.
• Train and supervise the implementation of Quality Management System in the factory to ensure that the products provide is fit for purpose, meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations and at the same time to improve the company's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
• Coordinate to related departments (R&D, production, purchasing, finishing, packing….) in improving production quality and reducing unqualified products.
• Build up reliable supply chain
Job Description:
• Handling customer claims feedback with CAP report and follows up replacement for customer
• Monthly quality analysis – (internal and external)
• Corrective Action Plan (CAP), Kaizen suggestion
• Conduct CAP and quality audit
• QC check list for each work station
• Conduct product in-house construction and packaging testing
• Updating Quality Standard Manual quarterly (Handbook and ERP)
• Conduct weekly meeting with QC team
KPI
• Reduce claims rate from 2% to 1% - measure by finance report
• On-time feedback customer claims – measure by email and Task world App
• Reduce WIP rejection rates and waste – measure by Quality monthly report
• Quality Improvement – measure by Kaizen Suggestion and CAP
• Well bookkeeping record – measure by filing system

• University graduated
• Have at least 3 years quality assurance experience in furniture industry
• Knowledge on furniture products
• Fluent English in both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Exhibit effective communication skills and have the ability to interact with others
Salary: 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 (gross)
