QA Supervisor- Flexible Packaging Experience Preferred

A. ACTIVITY AND WORK PLANNING

a. Develops, implements and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental business and personal objectives.
b. Develops and manages personal work plan objectives of immediate subordinates.
c. To maintain the daily operations of the QA department including:
 Quality management system as FSSC, BRC packaging, Sedex/ Smeta, …
 QA/QC Documentation control system.
 Product specifications.
 Customer complaint handling.

B. CUSTOMER COMPLAINT HANDLING

a. On time and in full complaint feedback to customers.
b. Coordinate with related functions to ensure the investigation is done properly.
c. Shop-floor audit to ensure improvement actions are effectively done
d. Co-work with Sales and Marketing team in customer education
e. Define reworked/ treatment method and instruction for the complained products.
f. Return goods treatment coordination.
g. Communication of customer’s requirements.

C. COMPLIANCE AUDIT

a. Ensure BRC, ISO system is certified as planned & maintained effectively.
b. Factory house-keeping audit & improvement

D. QUALITY

a. Ensures release inspection system are effective and meets quality requirements.
b. Performs to Accredo's Manufacturing Instructions and Quality System.
c. Identifies specific opportunities for product quality improvement.
d. Liaisons with inter departmental manager for the implementation of quality improvement projects.
e. Builds up the quality checklists for input, process, and output phases in own areas.

E. EXTRA AUDITS BY THIRD PARTY OR CUSTOMERS VISIT

a. Data and information accuracy.
b. Communicates quality system and standards’ requirements to related departments .
c. Ensures immediate information on quality problems are conveyed to related / authorized bodies and be solved and followed up.
d. Responsible for customer audits.
e. Participate to audit internal & the suppliers

F. TRAINING

a. Train and instruct how to implement the system and 5 S program for new comers.
b. Carry out the 5S audit.
c. Summary results and make report

G. OTHER TASKS

c. Supports related functions to drive to quality improvement
d. Data analysis as weekly, monthly, quarterly customer complaint / return report and analysis to management and related functions, top 5 customer complaint quarterly
e. Health, Safety & Environment:
 Ensures the efficient and safe operation of production facilities, and A hygienic and orderly work environment is maintained.
 Execute all activities of quality assurance toward “safely producing the high quality products and complying with legal requirements”.
f. Do other tasks as assigned by BOD & QA Manager.

1. Knowledge (Kiến thức):

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Bio-chemistry or other closely related fields required.
- 4+ year experience in position of QA Supervisor or higher level . Experience in packaging industry is a plus.
- Knowing and experience in ISO 9001, FSSC, ISO 22000, BRC audit, calibration solving ( xử lý hiệu chuẩn ), customers complaint solving ( xử lý khiếu nại của khách hàng )
- Good at English
- Quality systems, statistical and problem solving
