Mô tả công việc
- Support in setting up the requirements & protocols in regarding to pollination & harvest of all crops in the farm
- Pollination principles include:
(1) the right stage of plant to start pollination,
(2) the right stage of flower for pollination,
(3) the right stage of pollen for pollination,
(4) the solutions to minimize the risk of mixing varieties before/during pollination period, (5) the most effective method for pollination,
- Harvest principles include:
(1) the right stage of fruit to harvest,
(2) the solutions to minimize the risk of mixing varieties before/during harvest period.
- Implement the requirements, principles of pollination & harvest to all related teams.
- Regularly maintain & update the adjustment to adapt to the current production situation.
- Co-ordinate with Supervisors & Team Leaders of farm department to determine the right pollination age of flowers, the right harvest age of fruits & any factors which could cause risk of variety mixing or the quality of seeds by regularly checking the crop, especially at the major stages of plant’s development.
- Co-ordinate with Lab staff, update the pollen collection, pollen quality to all related teams for the right & in-time solutions.
- Co-ordinate with Seed Processing Team Leader, update the post-harvest activities & the seed quality for the right & in-time solutions.
- Check the implementation of the requirements, principles deployed.
- Estimate the actual fruit/seed yield after pollination period.
- Pollination principles include:

- Harvest principles include:
(1) the right stage of fruit to harvest,
(2) the solutions to minimize the risk of mixing varieties before/during harvest period.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree in Agriculture - Agronomy faculty
- Experience in both open field & greenhouse vegetable cultivation
- 3-5 years experience in the same position, QA in vegetable seeds production is an advance
*Other requirements:
- Working experience in global company is a plus
- Good at communication skill
- Good at written, spoken English & Vietnamese and Microsoft office
- Honest, active & responsible, careful, hard-working, willing to work under high pressure
- Team playing, willing to work with other departments in the company
*Language for applications: CV in English
*Workplace: Lâm Hà
- Experience in both open field & greenhouse vegetable cultivation
- 3-5 years experience in the same position, QA in vegetable seeds production is an advance
