Dear all, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fulfill vacancy of Quality System Management Staff for our QA Department, details as below:
Based: Lot No.36, Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Ha Noi.
Job overview: Report to QA Mananger, main responsible for construction and system management (Include: IATF16949, ISO9001, 14001)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Based: Lot No.36, Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Ha Noi
Job overview: Report to QA Mananger, main responsible for construction and system management (Include: IATF16949, ISO9001, 14001).
**ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
- Write and improve processes related to ISO9001, ISO4001, especially IATF6949 system.
- Coordinate with departments to support in compilation and review internal documents, processes, regulations, forms… in accordance with ISO standards
- Control and guide the department in quality management system application.
- Make, implement internal audit plan and report result.
- Hold managers review meeting periodically and follow up needs to improve the system.
- Monthly reports and other tasks as assigned by QA manager.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- University graduated.
- Have at least 02 experience in relevant fields (Build, implement and maintain ISO system; internal and external audit)
- Good command of English (Immediate level: Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing).
- Knowledge and understanding of quality systems (ISO, IATF)
- Active, self-motivation, good sense of communication and high sense of responsibility.
** SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: 400- 650$, Annual salary revision based on performance.
- Bonus: 02- 05 monthly salary/ per year
- Internal and external training opportunities.
- Active, dynamic, friendly working environment.
- Free lunch, Shutle bus from Ha Noi districts.
- Full social and health insurance, Summer vacation; family day; end-year party; teambuilding;
