QA Staff

1. Documentation:
- Setup & standardize document system for Production Division;
- Validate implementation;
- Prepare documents for assessment and changes in system following the related Laws.
2. Supplier control:
- Audit suppliers for evaluation.
3. Problem handle:
- Handle and follow up customer complaints;
- Solve quality problems relating to materials, products and delivery;
- Walk genba when having new process or new products.

***** Requirements:
1. Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical, Biology, Manufacturing Engineering and other relative majors.
2. Skills:
- Excellent command for both written and spoken in English;
- Be familiarized with MS Office;
- Have knowledge about ISO 9001 and HACCP;
- Have strong analytical, good communication, presentation and negotiation skill;
- Be patient and able to work under pressure.
3. Years of Experience:
- Have experience in QA/QC field is an advantage.
