QA Staff

Routine Tasks
1 Factory evaluation - to lead the factory evaluation and work with factory for corrective actions plan setup to improve factory good manufacturing, practices and efficiency.
2 Mold prevention - to work with relevant parties and factory to improve and enhance factory mold growth prevention SOP and practices,
3 Risk assessment - to work with factories to technically analyze styles and foresee potential production issues to set up actions plan to prevent it in bulk production
4 Continuous improvements - to work with factories on issues root causes analysis and corrective actions setup and follow – up,
5 Pre - production - to ensure vendor fully understand the Client’s styles specification and make detailed prevention plan with factories Evaluation of protos and pre-production and salesman samples upon required,
6 In line inspections to carry out inline audits to ensure product quality is meeting the Client’s requirements, to identify problems & potential issues at an early stage,
7 Monitor and advise on vendor/ factory in line QA process,
8 Work -in-process verification - to work with vendors on trouble shooting if problems are detected,
9 Final inspection - to conduct statistical audit to ensure all shipments meet the Client’s quality standards. Escalate any quality issues/ failed audits to QA manager for decision making,
10 Reporting to complete various reports appropriate for each stage of the inspection and have vendors acknowledge and sign in due course,
11 Attend to Fit/Technical & Pre-Production (PPM) Meetings with Customers/QA representatives together with relevant factory department heads,
12 Handle “Projects” under “QMS” (5 S, Lean activities & Kaizen),
13 Assist QAM to check/audit Sample Room & Factories - work process/floors at regular intervals prior to buyer’s visits,
14 Assist QAM to audit/check Sample Room & Factories under Quality & Compliance (QMS = Quality Management System) & to Make the summary reports,
15 Translate training modules & assist QAM to conduct training sessions for Quality & Production teams,
16 Assist customer / 3rd party QA ‘s during their presence at factory premises

*Qualifications: Similar Position/Level – Handled in Production/Quality Management System Related to Textile or any other Manufacturing Process - *Experiences: Minimum of One Year & above
