DEPARTMENT QA
Reports to QA Manager/ QA Assistant
Internal Relations All departments such as QC, PD, WH, PU/PM, SS, Sales, PC, InC
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
• Prepare/ maintain customer’s requirements & system requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contact related departments to prepare document as customer’s requirements.
2. Take part in ISO 9001:2015 system, FSSC 22000 system, ISO 14001:2015 system, Halal system: Non Conformance report, customer complaint, GMP internal audit, customer audit, 3rd party audit, revise/ compose procedure, etc.
3. Take part in other QA tasks: Pest control, preparation document to register new Halal products, control/ update Halal products/ materials, update law (food safety, working safety, environment), prepare QA report, prepare QA TV show, create product bard-code, etc.
4. Other tasks as QA manager/ QA Assistant’s assignment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
QA office, Inside& outside production area
QUALIFICATION:
• University/ College graduation from science/ technology field such as: Food Industry, Chemical, process equipment…
• If he/she has knowledge or experience of ISO 9001:2015 system, FSSC 22000 system, ISO 14001:2015 system, Halal system. It will be ideal person.
• Good in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Good in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Offices
• Honest, willing to learn
• Team work, careful, work under pressure, time control, problem analysis, “Do not excuse” working attitude
