The Shift QA technician provides quality result to the related departments in shift in order to maintain the quality compliance in our deliverables through routine of inspecting, testing, test method of functionality/usability and review of visual elements, validating for the start up job order, adjustment, reviewing the receipt of barriers.
• Coordinate with production to assure the production run smoothly with good quality by inspecting/ testing timely in changeover/ adjustment/ start up
• Maintain the quality inspection and testing in shift as G030 – product control plan
• Implement the test of the product as I030- quality test method, and sample specimen preparation
• Maintain the Quality matrix management as S047- Quality matrix
• Monitor the process control as S038- process control plan
• Maintain the lab tools/ equipment is right/ good condition. Report if have any abnormality
• GMP compliance in shift via GMP shift audit – Good manufacturing practice
• Defect analysis/ review from nonconformance, customer complaint, defect waste
• Review receipt of barriers and report if have any abnormality
• Verify and trace the internal claim to assure ON HOLD right product and follow abnormality of material to assure ON HOLD right material
• Participate DMS in shift – Daily management system (WCM)
• Role for quality training in shift
• Follow the management systems which Company is applied.
• Deploy the new update/ change of quality to the related department in shift
• Facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, defects and trend of quality during the inspecting/testing.
• Support any other assignment from Quality Manager from time to time.
