QA Senior Supervisor

- Assist QA Manager on quality control issues.
- Ensure that all can products are duly checked before deliver to the customer.
- Prepare system procedures, forms and guidance for application.
- Quality report: Check and compile daily, weekly report timely, accurately and submit to QA Manager for reporting; Record and report scrapped materials.
- Quality check for the products: Perform regularly product quality inspection ensure can specification are maintain at all time; Ensure correct measuring and correct frequency of all QC check; Monitor the checking of incoming materials, finish goods and approves the status of scrap of all materials considered non-usable.
- Administrative: Ensure that all QA forms and quality standard are updated and actual; Maintain all QA daily forms; Maintain all customers specification sheet of each product.
- Effective supporting to Production department: Coordinate with Production department immediately carry out analysis and rectification the faults of can to correct the problem and preventive measurement for improvement; Investigate customers complaints and elaborate standards report about the problem and the solution of each customers complaints.
- Maintenance of QC equipment: Ensure periodical calibration of the QC equipment and all other devices; Maintain record of the calibration checks of each equipment.
- Safety, Health & work hygiene at factory: Enforce standards of safety, fire prevention, security and first aid; Maintain the training to improve the knowledge of QC system in factory for staffs.
- Manage time effectively to complete assignments in expected time frame.
- Other tasks assigned by the QA Manager.

- Male, Vietnamese, Under 45
- University graduation, Major in Technical, Chemical, Food technology, Microbiology or related fields
- At least 6 years experience in QA / QC / Production process
- Good understanding of QMS, quality control, management skills
- Able to communicate well verbal and writing both English and Vietnamese
- Able to read Technical drawing Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and related software etc...
- Experience with statically data and laboratory
- Good knowledge of Food Technology, Chemical industry, Mechanical are preferable
- Ability to work in a team and team management, flexibility and ability to work in different environment and under high pressure
- Being proactive, creative and responsible
- Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently.
