QA/QC Project Leader (IT Software)

- Design and write a test plan, test cases, test procedure to ensure stability, good security software
- Perform functional test at the level of all new features of the website is based on the test case designed
- Doing manual/automation test - mostly in manual test
- Analyzing test results and posting bugs
- Develop the test workflow/framework for testing in the project
- Manage QA members of each project and tasks assigned by QA Project Manager

- At least 3 years' experience in manual testing
- Making specification of test, reviewing specification test, execution
- Understand Internet and Internet based applications, experience in Software Testing, especially in web-based application (PHP and Java Language)
- Have good knowledge/experience about the testing process and testing technique (functional, non-functional, component, integration, reliability, regression, user acceptance, load, tress, and performance testing)
- Ability to design test plan
- Good analysis, management and training skills
- Basic English skill (Reading and writing)
- No required Japanese skill
