QA/QC Manager

- Make standard input/output and the production, QA/QC control implementation
- Negotiation with Customers about standard, tolerance, limit sample
- Control the process in each division
- The ratio of the NG daily / weekly and give reasons for countermeasure
- Investigate the cause and countermeasure related to quality
- Prepare document for internal, outside Audit and visit of customer
- Received claim, find out countermeasure and answer to customer
- Quality report summary
- Well verse in ISO9001 requirement, quality tool and measurement equipment

- Graduated University with the relevant major
- At least 10 years’ experience in QC jobs and 03~05 years’ experience at same position in manufacturing
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office
- Good command of Korean or English (Korean is preferred)
- Good ability of communication, negotiation, have a high sense of responsibility
- Good organizational & analytical skills
- Good teamwork and manager skills
- Work well under high pressure, overtime
- Want to work long time in the Company
