*SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Report to General Director, you maintain and optimize the Quality management system of Saf-Việt, with the support of QA Lesaffre International, with the aim of the customer satisfaction, in the best relation quality and cost. In this frame, put on conformity and maintenance of the system with reference tables Quality defined such as HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HALAL, GMP…
II. MAIN RESPOSIBILITY
2.1 Quality Assurance
- Represent top management for the Quality matters. Participate in the elaboration of the Company Quality Policies.
- Implement, maintain and improve Quality & Food Safety Systems through process from production to delivery.
- Ensure the planning of the Quality to meet the needs of the Quality management system and reach the quality objective qualities.
- Lead internal and external quality audit activities (supplier audits, customer audits, certificate audits such as HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Halal, Kosher,…). Be responsible for the implementation of these requirements at company.
- Handle and follow up customer complaints. Propose possible solutions to improve quality of products and service to meet customers’ need.
- Monitor and ensure quality of packaging and materials provided by suppliers.
- Update laws, decrees promulgated by authorities and ensure the adaptability of Saf-Viet products.

- Ensure daily operation of QC (Lab) team smoothly and efficiently, including mainly control process parameters, conduct the scheduled inspection, monitoring the compliance, testing, collecting, analyzing data,…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Foods Technology;
- At least 5-year experience in related fields and experience in team management;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HALAL;
- Good skill in Ms. Office and English communication;
- Honest, persistent, diligent;
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving.
