Mô tả công việc
**Quality control operation:
- Work with BOM/Procurement/Sourcing department to set up and control quality specification (including all packaging, materials as well as paddy and rice);
- Keep quality update on raw materials (rice variarities, seasonal variation….);
- Cooperate with Planning and Production department to conduct product formulation to assure the maximize product reliability and quality consistency as well as minimize costs;
- Ensure that manufacture processes comply with quality specification at both dosmetic and export products;
- Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle (Receiving- processing and dispatching);
**Laboratory operation
- Supervise, develop and complete specific laboratory rice test ( such as amylose, amylopectin…)
- Supervise the maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure the efficient operation
**Technical support/ R&D and Training
- Write rice technical information, product data sheet, product information… for internal and external distribution;
- Work together with Sales team to conduct new products to meet customer requirements and processes in collaboration with the production team; Understand standard production cost; designing products to achieve targeted pricing and margin;
- Work with the brand / purchasing department on packaging designs, packaging sizes for new products and current products that need to be changed to fit the packaging system.
**Customer Understanding
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues;
- Cooperate with Sales team to assess all customer requirements, make sure they are satisfied and ensure products meet quality specification before leaving the factory
**Food safety system
- Manages all audits and maintains integrity of sanitation, Food Safety, ISO, HACCP, Quality Assurance, and any other related food safety issues to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
- Cooperate with Sourcing/Procurement to conduct regularly supplier’s audit to approving suppliers to ensure food safety and hygiene criteria in accordance with state regulations and group standards.
- Working with functional departments in food safety and hygiene, factory and equipment hygiene. Surroundings to ensure quality for all products of the company.
- Responsible for maintaining / improving food safety and hygiene in the whole factory. Performing monthly inspection and assessment of food safety and hygiene at the factory.
