QA - QC Manager

- Responsible for the supervision of laboratory activities and coaching of laboratory technicians and handle lab matters.
- Perform analysis and evaluation to ensure compliance to international standards within the turnaround time.
- Supervise testing and checking test reports following requirements.
- Ensure timely response to customers’ enquiries, feedback and comments.
- Review and interpret test results, prepare test reports as well as perform other related administrative work.
- Supervise maintenance and calibration of instruments.
- Supervise furniture inspection activity.
- Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations.
- Provide technical training and guidance to laboratory technicians.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality management and safety guidelines.
- Report hardline testing activities to the board of management.
- Do the other work as assigned by the board of management.

- Graduate from College/ University (Technical industry) or have equivalent in furniture factory.
- Experience in operating and knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System are advantageous
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- English fluently.
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor team members, lead and influence cross-functional working groups and achieve results.
- Independent and able to work under high pressure.

Annual Leave: 15 days for 1st working year; 18 days for 2nd working year.
