Mô tả công việc
Work and report directly to QA Manager.
- Responsible for quality assurance, handling abnormal and troubles in process, response to non-conformance.
- Ensure products complied with quality and testing requirements
- Develop, maintain and continually improve the management systems (QMS,EMS,...)
- Deal with external assessment bodies, customers on Quality Management System matters
- Develop, maintain and improve the audit criteria.
- Follow up customer complaints, investigate the root cause and establish corrective and preventive action plan.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 30 years old
- At least 5 years work for Quality Control and Assurance in factories.
- University graduated
- English fluently (Listening, reading, speaking and writing); Japanese is prefer
- Knowledge about ISO standard (ISO 13485)
- Skills of audits/ assessments & improvement initiatives
- Good presentation, report writing and follow up skills
- Good data analysis skills
- Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- At least 5 years work for Quality Control and Assurance in factories.
- University graduated
