A new job opportunity in footwear industry, working for a U.S. global brand has arisen for the position of Quality Control/ Quality Assurance. This position will be the bridge between regional offices and their suppliers/ factories in Vietnam.
* About the QA/QC Role:
This position will be individual contributor reporting directly to Sr. Manager of Quality, Asia Pacific. This position will be based in Binh Duong.
* Key Responsibilities:
Proactively participating in tear-down meeting to come up with constructive ideas, suggestions and thoughts
Working with PE and factory on T4 trial to make sure issues are all fixed before production
Checking the quality of each batch of received material in factory and reviewing test reports
Reviewing new production trial to make sure issues are all fixed before production
Lead case checking
First pair checking at each stage of each PO
First day new production review
Daily process control
Daily and periodical mold prevention and mold control
Daily completed products fit tests and lab tests review
Final inspection
To achieve the quality goal set
Closely working with planning on delivery and production schedule for the delivery goal set
To succeed in this role, you must have functional footwear experience.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least five years' experience in Good Year welted footwear quality control or product engineering
Good Year Welted experience will be preferred
Good communication in written and spoken English
