QA/QC Chief Engineer (High Rise Building)

- Checking legal documents related to works such as (Building Permit, Fire Prevention and Fighting License, ...).
- Check the construction equipment and tools before putting on construction site.
- Checking permits for the use of machinery, equipment and supplies with safety requirements for the construction of works.
- Carry out the submission and approval of samples of materials with the Investor / Consultant.
- Checking the manufacturer's quality certificate, test results and results of product quality inspection.
- Checking the quality of materials and equipment upon receiving the works.
- Coordinate with the investor / consultant to take samples of quality testing materials before putting them into use.
- Monitoring the use of materials, equipment used in the works.
- Regular site inspections to detect, correct errors and make appropriate improvements.
- Finding errors, unreasonable designs to adjust or request design contractors to adjust.
- Report on the quality of construction for the Commander.
- Recognize and organize the settlement of opinions, complaints of the investor, supervision consultant on the quality of construction.
- Coordinate with the supervision consultant and the investor to solve problems related to the quality of the works.
- Compiling documentation, quality records

• At least 4 years as QA/QC Engineer position
• Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment, and especially must be able to interface and communicate with line operators in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Must be highly safety conscious
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
