QA Officer

I. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Performs the inspections and monitoring to maintain company quality management system (Halal, HACCP, FSSC,…). Report to QA-QC manager.

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

- Control the process parameters on the production lines from input to output to ensure prescribed standards.
- Inspect, monitor the compliance of operators during production processes.
- Monitor the error handling in accordance with the NCR.
- Monitor compliance activities: workshops sanitation, hygiene equipment, personal hygiene...
- Monitor activities to ensure quality requirements from incoming materials to delivery of finished goods. Participate in supplier audits.
- Participate in the customer audits/visit or surveillance audit periodically.
- Periodically visit distributors and market to observe product storage condition and conduct survey related product quality.
- Conduct orientation GWP (Good Warehouse Practice) to distributors.
- Participle to investigate and monitor the customer complaints
- Create, monitor and update quality management documents and records in compliance with given standards.
- Train the internal rules for new comers and other employees to be in line with quality management standard.

- Graduated from University: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or other related technical background.
- Honesty, persistence, diligent
- Good interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill.
- Knowledge and experience in quality management system (HACCP, ISO, FSSC)
- English communication and Ms. Office application
