QA Manager (Working At VSIP Quang Ngai)

Responsible for managing QA/QC & ESH Department to maintain and improve management system complying with ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

**** QA/QC
- Control all QA and QC tasks
- The proactive establishment, development, maintenance and ensure effectiveness of quality management
- Build and issue documentation system according to ISO 13485 standard
- Achieve ISO certificates in time for target schedule: ISO 13485
- Ensure quality and safety product, monitor inspection performance adequately and take necessary measure to keep appropriate quality.
- Handling customer complaint and always follow up and monitor "Customer Satisfaction" including the situation of customer complaint
- To consider ans propose Top Management concern Quality Assurance Management Organization resive/ changing timely in order to improve/ develop of company QA system to obtain highest customer confident to product quality and satisfaction of law/ regualtion and the other concern quality issue in severely.
- Control and process all quality abnormalities at the middle and the end of production
- Be the quality window to maintain good relationship with customers, meet or exceed customer satisfaction
- Implement internal audit of quality management system quarterly
- Liaise with the production department in matters involving the quality of raw materials and production operations
- Monitor production quality in factories

**** Environment - Safety - Health
- The proactive establishment, development, maintenance and ensure effectiveness of ESH (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system)
- Achieve ISO certificates in time for target schedule: ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Ensure effective environment protection and health & safety system
- Ensure activities of environmental protection, labor health & safety follow laws, Hoya group regulation and others
- Monitoring ESH activities on company: chemical, waste, internal audit...
- Follow up ESH objective: risk assessment, environment aspect, labor accident
- Establish, maintain and propose safety, health, occupation, environment procedures, regulations, standards, plans ESH in the factory.
- Implement internal audit of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system quarterly
- Organize training for all employees to be aware of the harm and the risk factors in the production process to prevent accidents and occupation disease

- Work location: VSIP Quang Ngai
- University Degree in related fields
- At least 7 years experience about ISO system in foreign company and manufacturing company and 3 years position similar
- Good English is must
- Have certificate of ISO, Internal Audit (must)
- Have certificate of Lead Auditor and Trainer Certificate for Group 4 is a big advantage
- Good knowledge :ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
