QA Manager

1.1. Quality management system (QMS)
- Develop, implement and maintain management systems of the company base on ISO standards (QMS ISO 9001, EMS ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001);
- Coordinate effectively with Top management, other departments head and co-workers to implement and monitor strategic company and departmental initiatives;
- Internal audit of Company quality management system every 6 month;
- Training, coaching for all staffs about ISO standards;
- Support the documentation control and amendment;

1.2. Governance – Risk Control (GRC)
- Governance: Ensure the Board of Directors is provided with sufficient, accurate and timely management information for decision making as well as setting up control mechanisms to ensure the implementation of strategies to achieve Company business objectives.
- Risk management: Identify and analyze risks that may affect the achievement of the company's business objectives (technology risk, legal risk, information security risk, financial risk, etc.), then propose measures to control, prevent and mitigate risks in the company's operating processes.
- Compliance: assure compliance with legal regulations as well as Company procedures and policies; assess the potential risks and costs of non-compliance and apply the necessary precautionary measures.
- Other additional tasks as assigned by Board of Directors.

Requirement:
- University degree in relevant fields;
- At least 05 years experience in similar job (2 years in manager level);
- Deep knowledge of ISO quality systems and standards;
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and management skills;
- Fluent in English.
