Mô tả công việc
- Set and manage standards of sewing and working instruction according to requirements and standards from customers.
- Lead QC/QA team. Act as the leader and solve all the probem of all QA /QC matters
- Assist Production Manager to manage quality and delivery timeline
- Manage quality system (make quality plan, analyse corrective action list and evaluate quality) without support of manager. Promote the use of professional Quality tools, principles and objectives in some decision making, customer negotiation, team management.
- Troubleshoot quality issue and improvement actions plan to eliminate and prevent issues
- Responsible for customer complaint. Liaise with the customer on quality related matters.
- Checking faulty products, meeting and resolve quality problem .Perform failure analysis and monitor corrective actions.
- As the Quality Management Representative (QMR), establish, appraise and improve quality systems of the company
- Supervise customer satisfaction survey and suggest actions for improvements

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years’ experience in Oversea company on bags and packpacks
- At least 3 years QA on bags or Packs
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work internally and externally.
- Good in leader ship, communication skill
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English.
- Result oriented, open –mind, self-motivated
- Understanding clearly ISO 9001:2015, standards and working instruction
