QA Manager

*** Work Place: ĐT 747B Street, Khanh Binh Commune, Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province, Viet Nam.

1. Work Missions:
1.1 Manage quality management activities.
1.2 Set up quality standards, specifications, appropriate quality control policies, procedures, instructions and methods to apply in the company.
1.3 Train and supervise the implementation of Quality Management System in the plant to ensure that the products provide is fit for purpose, meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations and at the same time to improve the company's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste.
1.4 Coordinate to related departments (R&D, production, purchasing, painting, packing….) in improving production quality and reducing unqualified products.
1.5 Review customer reasonable requirements, expectations and ensure that they are met.
1.6 Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
1.7 Control in-coming material quality and out-going product quality.
1.8 Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
1.9 Collect, analyze the full range of customer feedback based on which improve to satisfy customer requirements.
1.10 Prepare reports, analyze data, cooperate with relevant departments to find the cause and priority solution or give direction to promptly resolve corrective and preventive action.
1.11 Organization of periodic assessment and improvement.
1.12 Other assignments as may be directed from time to time by General Director.

2. Authorities:
2.1 Determine the human resource and teams in the Quality Control department.
2.2 Ask the relevant departments to comply with issued quality standards.
2.3 Require the production Team Leaders / Supervisors pause to overcome if detect mass defects happening.
2.4 Returns suppliers if detect substandard products. Request suppliers to have corrective actions.
2.5 Urge employees to perform their assigned work well.
2.6 Have authority to control, appoint employees to go away on a mission or request overtime.
2.7 vise the Board of Directors of the control solution was effective quality products made.

1. Male > 30 years old.
2. Fluent English in both spoken and written.
3. BSc/BA in business administration, Technical Engineer or relevant field.
4. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage.
5. Experience in QA management at the interior/ exterior furniture manufacturing companies.
6. Thorough knowledge of methodologies of interior/ exterior quality assurance and standards.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
8. Detail oriented, organized, and analytical.
9. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
