QA Manager

• To manage and maintain our customers quality standards through Proto sample to Preproduction sample
• To manage and maintain our customers quality standards through in-line inspection processes/procedures and AQL inspections.
• To ensure the QA team work in a professional and effective manner
• To keep office staff (merchandising, production, planning) closely informed about quality issues in factory
• Make decisions on acceptability or not, of quality issues arising in production.
• To manage the daily quality inspections in-line and prefinal inspection report.
• Agree visit program, tech issues and AQL requirements with each member of QC team.
• Immediately advise merchandisers and production staff of any quality problems during production or any issues which may delay production.
• Make sure QA staff send daily factory inspection reports for your attention/action.
• Ensure QC staff are present at factory during key stages of production and final inspection.
• Carry out final inspections randomly of with your team
• If there are any quality incidents make sure that incident report form is completed within 24 hours and a meeting is held to agree corrective actions.
• To manage, motivate, educate, support the QC team and to arrange appropriate training where required.

• University diploma or equivalent qualification, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a QA field and garment environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skill
