• Responsible for the QA functions in the relevant section
• Ensure departmental and sectional objective and work procedures are fulfilled and followed accordingly.
• Work closely with factory production on matters pertaining to product quality.
• Motivate and guide subordinate in maintaining high job efficiency and lead the team to achieve high FPY/LAR and low OQL as part of company objective…
• Ensure the product quality meets buyer’s specification and requirement.
• Continuously improve product quality, service quality and time quality.
• Update Quality Assurance manual from time to time, when needed.
• Be a part of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 steering committee.
• Implement ISO 9000 and ISO14000 Procedures at relevant level and function within the sections.
• Reduce cost of quality in term of rework, claims and second grade quality.
• Analyze and address quality issues identified by customers.
• Be responsible for the enforcement of company related to internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the management.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in QA Department
• Experience in Garment industry is prefered
• Strong leadership
• Fluent in English
• For Vietnamese only
