Mô tả công việc
• Ensure all factory follow Fila's production procedure and other rules and regulations.
• Evaluate new factories to identify factory quality set up, technical support, and product capability & production capacity.
• Supervise and ensure production is scheduled as planned and analyze the performance of factories. Provide complete scorecard information & data.
• Monitor and set up proper control reporting/tracking system for all the samples.
• Coordinate with QA & Tech Team on quality & sewing construction related matters to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.
• Pro-actively manage Quality Assurance team on quality-related matters to ensure all products meet specifications and meet quality standards.
• Ensure the team to provide factories with technical support, guidelines and procedures to improve quality, production efficiency and/or reduce manufacturing costs. Keep VF Engineering informed of successes
• Communicate proactively and effectively with Tech Team, QA, souring and production teams.
• Provide guide and support to team members on daily operations to ensure efficiency and Procedures are followed.
• Report to American boss
• Discussion detailed information in interview.
• Working time: Monday - Saturday, office hours. (8h - 17h)
• Place of work: HCM, Binh Duong, Long An
• Place of hire: HCM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male/ female, 28-45 years old
• Having worked in English speaking environment for at least 10 years (fluent English speaker level as English native speaker)
• Require to have more than 10 years experience in quality control about garment (priority candidate who worked in factory produce export apparel)
• Management skills
• Good skill in computer
• Willing to travel from one place to another
• Promotes teamwork in multi discipline environment
• Careful, detailed and perfectionist in work.
• Having worked in English speaking environment for at least 10 years (fluent English speaker level as English native speaker)
