OBJECTIVE
This position is responsible for building, maintaining and improving the quality system and related processes and standards for company.
Lead and develop the QC & QA team.
PERSONAL QUALITY
Result/solution driven, focused on cooperation, leadership, eye for detail, strong in statistics and system thinking, spotting trends, penetrating mind (finding root causes), risk and uncertainty avoidant, preferably background in wood industry. RESPONSIBLE/ACCOUNTABLE
1. Development of Quality Management System
2. Outside quality control (at supplier facility)
3. Onsite quality control (incoming-, in-process-, final inspection)
4. Standard operating procedures (SOP) of the quality department
5. Audits (internal/external)
6. Training & development
7. Reports & information management

1. Education & Language
University degree any
Excellent in Vietnamese language
Excellent in English
Have good acknowledged of LEAN/SIGMA is preferred
Professional qualification in quality management system
2. Experience
QA Manager
Implementation of QMS
Practice in SPC
Experience in a company where wood is used as main material
Drafting Standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
Minimum 5 years working experience in foreign companies

Interpersonal /intercultural skills
Communication including negotiation
Practical organizing, planning and problem solving
Measurement and analysis
Statistics
Good training and coaching
Good working knowledge of office software

Location: Thu Duc Dist, Ho Chi Minh City (business sometime)
Direct supervisor: Operation Director
Working time: 8hrs from Monday to Saturday
Transportation: Company will transport employees from the factory (pickup Hang Xanh)
Salary & benefits: Negotiation (competitive) and get bonus for successful Candidate
