QA Manager/ Country Manager (Moderation)

Our Pure Moderation team of Gear Inc. is seeking a QA Manager/Country Manager. Idea candidate is able to adapt and are well known for fast-moving and last moment changes. You have multiple years of experience, and understand content moderation to its full extent. Your main responsibilities are:
- Managing projects in Vietnam
- Responsible for the quality of the entire team moderation (team size: 100+)
- Building and managing the QA & Trainer team to ensure the completion of required KPIs from customers
- Directly working with customers, synchronizing all updates from customers with the team as well as complete the tasks required by the customer.
- Managing quality assurance of service moderating large numbers of user-generated content
- Increasing moderation quality and efficiency ensuring the highest quality standards and administration of content audit process
- Metric driven, analyzing and reporting on team productivity and delivery of targets to Head of the department.
- Fostering team spirit and high employee morale.
- Collaborating with other departments in the company to maximize work efficiency.

- Have 2 years of experience with community moderation, customer support, quality assurance, and/or content curation
- Good command in English (Especially in Reading and Writing)
- Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details and desire to learn
- High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
- Familiar with smartphone/ mobile device/mobile applications
- Experience in device/application troubleshooting is highly preferable.
- Age: 26 and above is preferable
