QA Manager Assistant

- Management of the quality control: From the raw materials reception to the loading finish products to achieve high quality of product.
- Inspecting quality each order base on original samples, trim cards, tech pack which are approved by customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Technical to deal with customer quality issues and find customer centric solutions..
- Being responsible for arranging and conducting the internal inspection from beginning to end of the production process.
- Always improving an effective and efficient quality control process, adjusting and changing to new demands and production organization.
- Combine with inline technician, technician leader to solve matters from production immediately.
- Training the team members to step-up for fabric checking.
- Report to General Director about job status daily.

- Have experience in Garment Industrial.
- Priority for Vietnamese.
- Having experience in Fashion is a plus.
- Good at English skills.
- Excellent management skills, analyzing & solving problems skills, planning & organizing skills.
- Work Place: Vĩnh Lợi, Bạc Liêu.
- Salary Range: Negotiable.
