Mô tả công việc
Make Production monthly report to show productivity and defected detail for mass order.
- Responsible to develop, update and maintain adequate Quality Assurance systems, operation plans according to the quality of the company. Organizing the implementation of professional plans, guiding the examination these processes.
- Take control whole factory SOPs and recipes for factory.
- Make the procedure / standards to control the process / improve quality.
- Training to all related person with new standards / new procedure/ new memo
- Revise and update SOPs and recipes to related department when changing or Managers's order.
- Supervise production process : whole production process to see it work well or not, follow the company SOP and regulation or not.
- Remind & re-training to related person if have any mistake, careless, abmormal.
- Issued the Abnormal report for all defected material (production defected, Customer compensate).
- The processing is also same, if the process have problem, make the abnormal report, discussing together with Team leader, Supervisor, Prod. Manager, Development to find the way to improve.
- Checking the raw material, semi product, finished product to make sure the quality is good. If have problem or doubts about the bad quality to find the roof cause and solution.
-Then make the standards of work / recipe / condition and training related person.
- Conduct evaluating "production staffs monthly" based on evaluation from all production dept combined with report recorded inspection and labtest.
- Update technical information for sale team if have new material or new update technical.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduation related with chemical/quality control major
- At least 3 experience years at related job, prior in Leather manufacturing
- Communication in English
- Computer skill: outlook, word, excel, Powerpoint....
