Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and review food safety and quality procedures of all relevant departments.
- Update Rich’s Global quality manual and standards of certificates which Rich is applying to comply to our internal
- Support HACCP/ISO team to activity effectively, including: training, internal schedule, internal audit report and give them guidelines to close them property.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve/maintain all certifications related to food safety and quality and required customers as well.
- Maintain all training records for critical food safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate HACCP and PRP validation and verification actions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree in food science, food safety or a related scientific field is required.
- Previous food safety and/or food quality system experience is desired.
- A strong background in food ingredients and role as internal audit leader of food safety and quality management system is recommended.
- At least 3 years experience within the food (or equivalent) industry
- Good computer, communication & problem-solving skills
- Language: English (speaking & reading)
